Program Operations Coordinator, Learning Location: Latin America (remote) Reports to: Director of Learning Programs Engagement type: Long-term contract Language requirement: Professional or fluent in English; Spanish preferred
Our vision is simple: the whole world, empowered. Endless Access works to close the global digital divide by helping young people in underserved communities become creators of technology, not only consumers of it. Our learning programs teach a new generation to design and build their own games and digital projects using free, open-source tools, delivered through mentors, instructors, and partners around the world.
Students develop their skills and ambitions as they transition from playing the game to helping build it. We’re ready to scale our partnerships and programs to reach exponentially more learners in more regions, and to accomplish that, we are building the operational foundation that keeps programs running consistently across many time zones and multiple languages.
Endless Access is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator, based in Latin America, to be the organizational engine behind our learning programs. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused coordination role. You will keep programs organized and on schedule, make sure the right information and materials are in the right place at the right time, and maintain clean and complete records from setup through closeout. You will work closely with and support our Program Operations Specialist, and you will report to the Director of Learning Programs. Your focus is the coordination and administration that keeps everything moving: scheduling sessions and training, collecting and collating information from partners and learners, issuing access and credentials, and keeping the wider team current on where each program stands. Our model places operations staff close to the regions they serve, embedded in the time zones, languages, and cultural context of the learners and partners we work with. As we grow, you will follow and help document the shared playbook that keeps programs running across regions. If you are exceptionally organized, communicate clearly, and take pride in being the person who keeps many moving parts on track and nothing slipping through the cracks, this role is for you.
Endless Access is a fully distributed, global nonprofit. Most of the team works remotely and asynchronously across many countries, and this role is no exception: it is fully remote and based in Latin America, coordinating daily with colleagues, mentors, and partners across multiple time zones, much of it in writing and over video. We are looking for someone who thrives in a self‑directed, cross‑cultural environment, and who communicates clearly and openly in writing.
Studies show that women and people from underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate to apply unless they meet every listed qualification. Building a truly inclusive digital future means bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences; if you are excited about this role and our mission to expand access to technology, we strongly encourage you to apply even if you do not check every box. Your perspective could be exactly what we need.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds who share our passion for games, education, and creating opportunities for underserved learners.
