Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Learning and Enablement programs supporting Databricks, with immediate emphasis on the Databucks rewards program.

The role blends campaign operations, portfolio governance, stakeholder coordination and impact reporting, while supporting release workflows and automation initiatives. The Program Manager will maintain clear ownership, reliable execution and visibility across parallel workstreams, collaborating with the PMO Lead,

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple programs or projects with cross-functional stakeholders, preferably in learning and enablement, PMO operations or technology programs.
• Strong campaign operations, audience segmentation and written communication skills, with careful attention to data quality and quality assurance.
• Hands-on proficiency with Asana, Google Sheets and Google Workspace. Ability to operate and troubleshoot existing Google Apps Script workflows and coordinate more complex changes with technical owners.
• Ability to interpret dashboards, define reporting requirements and communicate program outcomes. Strong documentation, prioritization and issue-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and enablement programs and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Manage campaign communications, dashboards and reporting, ensuring timely execution and 24h response metrics.
• Support release management automation, portfolio hygiene and PMO tooling integration.
