You will lead a team of software engineers, guiding daily tasks, setting expectations, and coordinating with other teams to deliver products aligned with compliance standards and business requirements.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading technology projects.
• Experience managing technologists.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery.
• Proficient in SDLC and agile methodologies (CI/CD, security).
• Knowledge of financial services IT environments.
• Programming with Python and databases.
• Cloud native experience with AWS/Databricks.
