MUST HAVES

• - 4+ years of experience working in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• - Demonstrated experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, with comfort operating in or transitioning toward spec-driven and AI-assisted SDLC environments.
• - Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic, identify edge cases, and produce precise written specifications, paired with a strong technical foundation and a knack for translating concepts into language business and tech roles can understand.

NICE TO HAVES

• - Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines is a plus.
• - Familiarity with UX research and best practices a plus.
