Job summary

Improvado is seeking an AI Product Builder to own a product end to end, building data pipelines and hands-on engineering while shaping the roadmap and working directly with clients and engineering teams.

You will run marketing optimizations, ship features, and build automated analytics workflows using AI tools and a modern data stack, ensuring scalable and reliable delivery with direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows.
• Proven product ownership with end-to-end problem solving.
• Marketing/revenue data domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL and data tooling skills; ability to ship reliable AI features.

About the role

As an AI Product Builder, you'll own a product end to end.

You'll build data pipelines and do hands‑on engineering, shape the product roadmap, work directly with clients and engineering teams, run marketing optimizations, and ship features.

Responsibilities

Own the product end to end, from idea to delivery, define the product roadmap and how it evolves Build and maintain data pipelines Collaborate with engineering teams on priorities and delivery Run marketing optimizations Ship features Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows: Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding to accelerate development, write tests, optimize complex problems, and ship faster Product ownership/ product management proven experience — able to take a problem end-to-end with minimal hand-holding Marketing or revenue data domain experience, experience with marketing optimisation - highly preferred Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ability to make it reliable Strong SQL skills required; dbt or similar transformation-tooling experience strongly preferred Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues Availability to work full Pacific Time (PST) hours Nice to have Hands‑on ETL/ELT pipeline experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse) Python for data processing and automation Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements BI tools (e.g., Superset) for operational reporting
