Air Liquide in Argentina is seeking a proactive Digital Procurement Administrator to support Americas Digital Tools, Projects & Change Management. You will manage user access, onboarding, ticketing, KPI reporting, and training across procurement platforms, including Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in procurement/finance roles, strong MS/Google skills, and the ability to work flexibly or remotely within a multinational team.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Experience with procurement tools and dashboards (Power BI) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Office and Google tools (Excel/Sheets).
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to Agile working conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Administer user access for procurement tools and Power BI.
• Maintain onboarding processes and ticketing for AME Digital Procurement.
• Review, entry, monitoring and KPI reporting for platforms.
• Support training and change-management materials for procurement tools.
• Run KD Prevent & D&B on new suppliers; assist with RFP/RFQ events.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; collaborate with groups across AME.
