Ecolab seeks a Procurement Operations Associate to join its Global Business Services team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role supports key procurement operations and shared services across the organization from the Buenos Aires office.

Responsibilities include creating outline agreements, managing purchase orders, KPI monitoring, data cleansing, and supporting audits in Procurement. English proficiency is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in management, business, finance, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Students near graduation may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of databases is a plus.
• Intermediate English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for procurement and shared services.
• Create and update outline agreements for direct categories.
• Upload new material information into the system.
• Review and issue purchase orders in indirect category with accuracy.
