AR11720-ALABS Air Liquide Americas Business Services S.R.L is seeking a Procurement Tools Administrator to support Americas Digital Tools, Projects and Change Management. You will manage user access, tickets, KPI reporting and tool training across Power BI, ServiceNow and Oracle platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supply chain/finance, fluent English and Spanish, and strong communication skills to coordinate with Ethics/Compliance and Finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, economics, finance or supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, accounting or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to train and support procurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Administrator and approvals for user access to procurement tools.
• Support ticketing for AME Digital Procurement platforms and KPI reporting.
• Assist in training, process mapping and tool deployments.
• Run KD Prevent & D&B on new suppliers and support RFP/RFQ events.
• Collaborate with ethics/compliance, finance or quality teams as needed.
• Generate reports and monitor dashboards for tool usage and contracts.
