GlobalLogic Latam is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver impactful software features.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in product management or ownership, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in product management, ownership, or related role in software/tech.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Proven track record delivering software products from concept to launch.
• Experience with PM tools and techniques (user story mapping, backlog grooming, MoSCoW, Kano).
• Knowledge of PM best practices: market research, user-centered design, and analytics.
• Familiarity with software development processes to collaborate with dev teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate priorities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for tech and innovation.
• Management of very difficult stakeholders.

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to join GlobalLogic Latam!

Job Description

• Previous experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in software development or technology
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in agile teams
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products or features from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Experience with product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, backlog grooming, and prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, Kano model)
• Knowledge of product management best practices, including market research, user-centered design, and product analytics
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, allowing effective collaboration with development teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate priorities with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and market conditions, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to deliver products that meet and exceed user needs and expectations.
