Cygnus Professionals seeks an experienced software engineer to design and implement AI-enabled agent tooling and scalable web services. You will build agent loops, manage context/memory, and craft multi-step pipelines with robust failure handling. Strong C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, React/TypeScript skills are expected, plus CI/CD and cloud familiarity.

The role emphasizes infrastructure as code, containerization, and secure, well-tested code in a distributed system environment.

Formación

• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience building and orchestrating agents: designing agent loops, managing context and memory, composing multi-step pipelines from discrete skills, and handling failure modes gracefully.
• Define reusable, well-scoped skills with clear interfaces and predictable behavior.
• Prompt engineering as a first-class discipline: structured prompting, output validation, iterative refinement.
• Experience evaluating agent behavior to meet standards as hand-authored code.
• Identify automation candidates within development workflows.
• Strong command of containerization and orchestration for scalable services.
• Experience with major cloud platforms and managed services.
• Infrastructure as code practices across environments.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with fast feedback and safe deployment.
• Distributed systems fundamentals: service communication, events, observability, fault tolerance.
