Topdoglaw is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale migration project for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, and establish controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Fluent English, availability for UTC working hours, and proven experience with ETL, data cleansing, validation, and loading in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations are required.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
