Topdoglaw is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

This role requires proven leadership in large-scale migration programs, strong data migration methodology, and excellent English communication to collaborate with international stakeholders in a UTC workday.

Formación

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; daily work in English.
