RHONDOS Inc. is seeking a senior technical consultant to own the full lifecycle of PowerConnect customer support, from incident response to RCA, PoC engagements, and training delivery.

This shift-based role also serves as the technical SME for pre-sales, installation, upgrades, and internal SAP support, contributing to knowledge bases and playbooks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, professional services, or consulting for SAP, Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with PowerConnect administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis on high-severity incidents and producing RCA reports.
• Familiarity with SAP system administration fundamentals and SAP Basis tooling.
• Experience delivering technical training or enablement sessions to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to shift schedule and provide L1-L2 PowerConnect support within SLA.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve Level 1-2 incidents; log resolutions in ticketing system.
• Conduct RCA and document findings; build knowledge base and playbooks.
• Support PoC engagements, respond to technical questions, and join customer calls as SME.
• Lead end-to-end PowerConnect installation projects; coordinate upgrades and environment checks.
• Develop use case documentation and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
