Assurant is seeking a Data Insights Associate in Argentina to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and SQL. You will partner with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights supporting decisions across business areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, BI, or related field.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and insights.
• Deliver accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis initiatives.
• Monitor and validate data quality across reporting sources.
• Interpret data and provide recommendations to support business objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements for new reporting solutions.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting needs.
