Job summary

World Bank Group in Buenos Aires is seeking an E T Consultant (Data Analyst Transformation) to design and manage Power BI dashboards, apply statistical techniques, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with SQL/Python, and proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with knowledge of RLS. You will work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, information systems or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong data and statistical analysis skills with focus on actionable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for dashboard development and reporting, including RLS in Power BI datasets.
• Ability to translate content, metrics and feedback into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Power BI dashboards with data-driven narratives; implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Apply statistical techniques to uncover trends and measure impact.
• Translate survey and feedback data into clear insights for reporting and improvement.
• Work within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability across transformation efforts.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
