AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, with upper-intermediate English.

You will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and consistency.
Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
