Clorox is seeking a dynamic R&D professional to lead projects from concept to launch, focusing on cleaning products and utensils across the AMEA region. You will collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers to deliver consumer-focused innovations, support business growth, and drive cost savings while balancing risk and speed.

Responsibilities include designing tests, substantiating product claims, and coordinating tech transfers with QA and Regulatory.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in multinational consumer goods (CPG) companies.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, chemical sciences, or related technical discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret lab and pilot-scale experiments for product/process development.
• Proven project management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical projects from concept to launch.
• Translate consumer needs into technical product specs and processing standards.
• Design and execute technical testing and develop new test methods.
• Support product claims substantiation and develop demos for customer sell-in.
• Lead risk assessments and drive data-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with international manufacturers and partners on product innovations.
• Coordinate tech transfer and commercialization readiness with QA and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure cost and efficiency improvements through process optimization.
• Maintain knowledge management and documentation of technical standards.
