OfficeTwo is seeking an experienced Estimator in the CABA, Buenos Aires area to own the estimating workflow from scope to proposal. You will translate project information into accurate estimates and proposals, manage the JobTread process, and coordinate reviews to ensure timely, professional submissions.

Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential. You will collaborate with sales and project teams, keep records organized, and help prevent bottlenecks in the estimating

Formación

• Previous experience as an estimator in pools, spas, construction, remodeling, landscaping, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project scope, materials, labor and pricing.
• Experience creating estimates and proposals.
• JobTread experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and own assigned processes.
• Willingness to learn and work within software workflows.
• Experience with Structure Studios is a plus.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Slack is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review project scope and information from sales and project teams.
• Prepare accurate, well-structured estimates based on project requirements.
• Manage estimating workflow within JobTread.
• Create and update estimates and proposals promptly.
• Coordinate estimate reviews and adjust proposals as needed.
• Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and professionally presented.
• Track estimating tasks and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain organized project and estimating records.
• Communicate scope, pricing, and requirements with internal teams.
• Prevent bottlenecks in estimating for the sales team.
• Own the estimating process from initial scope to completed proposal.
