The Clorox Company in Argentina is seeking an experienced R&D lead to develop and optimize cleaning products for the AMEA region. You will drive projects from concept through commercialization, partnering with global teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to deliver consumer‑focused innovations and cost savings.

You will balance hands‑on lab work with data‑driven decision making, applying DOE, statistics, and risk assessment to ensure robust products and scalable processes.

Formación

• 2+ years in multinational companies of CPG related to home cleaning products, cleaning utensils, cosmetics, foods, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience with design of experiments, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of projects from concept to launch with technical leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Translate consumer needs into technical product specs and processing standards.
• Develop technical test methods and qualification plans for new products.
• Collaborate with global teams and external manufacturers to enable new product launches and cost savings.
• Support tech transfer and commercialization readiness with documentation.
