Qualifications

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design with REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes; service mesh knowledge.
• 1+ year building distributed architectural components.
• 6+ months working with LLMs / AI-native tooling.
• 6+ months SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code/Claude Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries; ensure security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status and risks.
