AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, running on AWS and Kubernetes, with service mesh awareness and AI-native tooling.

You will own scalable platform services, monitor performance, enforce security, and drive architectural improvements while collaborating with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years designing and developing APIs (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years with AWS and Kubernetes and service mesh experience.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, distributed caching).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months SDLC AI-native usage with Claude tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services for growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance and bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and enforce security and operational excellence.
