Job summary

Bayer in Argentina is seeking a senior PMO leader to govern the María Eugenia Plant transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization and value capture. Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, PMO, portfolio governance, or business transformation within manufacturing or operations.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT and Finance.
Strategic thinking to align product supply and plant strategies with a prioritized portfolio.
Strong governance, prioritization, planning, risk management and execution focus.

Responsibilities

Lead the María Eugenia Plant PMO and deliver an integrated view of initiatives for cost savings targets.
Ensure portfolio prioritization aligned with business objectives and strategy.
Coordinate governance cadences, risk management, and resource allocation with Site Leadership Team.
Co-create roadmaps and drive continuous improvement, digitalization and productivity initiatives.
Monitor value capture, translate data into actionable recommendations, and provide portfolio visibility.
