Hitachi Energy Peru S.A. is seeking a skilled Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our Services team in Lurín. You will coordinate electrical service projects, drive schedules with Microsoft Project, and work with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and field staff to meet safety, budget, and timeline goals.

The role emphasizes CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement within a global energy business. Onsite work required; English proficiency is beneficial.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within electrical services or heavy industry.
  • Strong experience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics teams, technical personnel, and project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX budget control and reporting.
  • Intermediate SAP experience for project control, procurement, or budget tracking.
  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work onsite at our Lurín workshop.
  • Flexibility to support operational requirements outside standard business hours when needed.

The Opportunity

Join our Services team and play a key role in planning and coordinating electrical service projects within the energy sector. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, logistics teams, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
