Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Buenos Aires seeks a Proposal Manager to develop customized customer responses and deliver strategic, differentiating documents for client opportunities. You will coordinate with VP Solution Design, BD Generalists and specialists to ensure opportunities pass assessment and optimization reviews for quality control.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent in a business or health-related degree or equivalent education and experience; plus significant experience in the pharmaceutical or CSO industry.
• Experience working with proposals in the pharmaceutical or outsources industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong project and process management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment while maintaining accuracy and detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create customized and compelling customer response documents focused on client solutions highlighting differentiation and strategy.
• Produce high quality, customer-specific deliverables aligned with corporate branding and metrics.
• Ensure effective communication among internal stakeholders to drive project strategy and final documents to goals.
• Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and dates for contributions and approvals by leadership.
• Support internal stakeholders to convey core business strategies through deliverables.
• Engage in special projects supporting communications and BD initiatives for leadership.
• May perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
