• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Ability to ask questions, identify important information, and follow a structured qualification process.
• Empathetic, professional, and confident when speaking with people who may be dealing with an injury.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable working remotely and using CRM/call-management software.
