Nysonian Inc. is seeking a Video Editor to craft high-performing paid social ads for Nysonian's brands. You'll edit raw footage into compelling content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on performance-driven creative that drives purchases and scales ad spend.

This role offers growth, ownership, and earnings potential tied to ad performance, with bonuses potentially 50–150% of base salary. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists in a fast-growing, data-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube formats and performance dynamics.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaign initiatives.
• Craft compelling narratives with strong hooks and pacing for platform-optimized storytelling.
• Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished, performance-driven deliverables.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate content quality.
• Convert long-form content into short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Partner with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align with brand objectives.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while upholding brand standards.
• Analyze creative performance and use data to improve future ads.
