You’ll write engaging Facebook scripts, develop clear design briefs, and continuously test and refine creatives to improve performance and ROI.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in a Performance Creative or similar results-driven role.
• Excellent writing skills—concise, persuasive copy for multiple ad formats.
• Strong understanding of Meta ad metrics and how creative impacts performance.

Responsabilidades

• Generate ideas and new creative concepts and execute with designers.
• Write engaging ad scripts for Facebook that grab attention and drive action.
• Create clear briefs for designers to produce top-notch content.
• Collaborate with the team to research and brainstorm creative solutions that boost marketing outcomes.
• Keep up with industry trends and test different approaches to improve results.
