Formación

• Hands-on Meta ads experience for DTC/e‑commerce brands preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English for a client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence running client meetings with minimal oversight.
• Excellent organizational skills with creative instinct.

Responsabilidades

• Research and organize high-performing Meta ad concepts and trends across industries.
• Use AI/automation tools to generate ad copy variations and creative directions.
• Review Meta ad performance daily and translate data into actionable creative recommendations.
• Join onboarding and strategy calls to understand each client's brand, audience, and goals.
• Build and present strategy decks and reports, leading client conversations largely independently.
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and client leads to align strategy and execution.
