Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior GMx Payroll Win Centre Specialist to manage end-to-end integrated payroll services pursuits. You will contribute to RFx responses, commercials, solution coordination, reporting and deal compliance while coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders in a global, virtual team environment.

You will require 5+ years in presales/bid and commercial work within BPO/ITeS/Managed services, with HR/payroll exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7+ years of presales/bid and commercial/BD experience in BPO/ITeS/Managed services.
• Exposure to HR/payroll services & technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM/tools and technologies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFx opportunities and pursuits with proposals and materials.
• Coordinate workstreams, timelines and stakeholder inputs; flag risks early.
• Support pricing, commercial modelling and bid/tollgate processes.
• Prepare solution presentations and client materials for negotiations.
• Maintain MIS reporting, CRM data and deal governance.
