Revolut in Argentina is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end integration of payment networks and scale rollout across local and regional markets. You will own BRD scope, act as the main technical contact for partners and payment scheme operators, build dashboards with SQL to monitor transactions, and establish robust operational controls as Revolut grows.

• 4+ years in payment operations or integration management.
• Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder integration projects or product launches.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deep-dive using knowledge base and tools.
• Autonomy in planning and executing actions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end local or regional integration and rollout of new payment networks, schemes, and product rails.
• Scope, produce, and validate BRDs to ensure smooth integration.
• Act as main technical or operational contact for partners, payment scheme operators, and central banks.
• Build, track, and dive into live dashboards using SQL to monitor transaction behaviours.
• Own system health by analyzing logs and troubleshooting routing or payment failures.
• Establish robust operational controls, track performance metrics, and alert leadership to gaps.
• Build repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and SOPs from scratch.
