Mastercard in Argentina is seeking a Specialist, Implementation to lead a cross-functional processing implementation project team from Mastercard and customers, delivering end-to-end electronic payments projects with quality and reliability.

You will be the central point of contact for customers, assess needs, define scope, plan activities, and guide testing, integration, and stakeholder communications across enterprise platforms.

Formación

• Relevant information technology knowledge with network, applications and PM understanding.
• Strong payment processing knowledge and industry principles.
• Familiarity with MasterCard processing systems and host interfaces.
• Ability to interact with customers and senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to teach and guide others.
• Demonstrated project leadership and change-driving capability.
• Ability to lead matrix and cross-functional teams independently.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
