Adly is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across our Payments team. You will be hands-on with payment flows, system integrations, and data-driven reporting to inform business decisions, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Product, IT, Finance, and Disputes/Fraud to resolve escalations, improve processes, and ensure seamless partner integrations with PSPs and gateways.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in payment flows and operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards for reporting and insights.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations of payment products, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues across gateways and methods.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, declines, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses of payment KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Finance, and Fraud teams to resolve escalations.
• Work with PSPs and acquirers to ensure seamless operations and timely resolutions.
• Assist in managing payment flows (authorization, capture, refunds, 3DS).
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
