Adly is seeking a full-time, remote Data Analyst contractor to join our operations team. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, extracting insights from subscription-based and product data to shape our roadmap.

Responsibilities include modeling data, building pipelines, dashboards, KPI development, and integrating AI-driven tooling to automate reporting and surface trends.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytical or data engineering roles.
• Mastery of SQL and strong understanding of data relationships.

• Turn questions into answers quickly to inform decision-making and iterate as needed.
• Integrate AI and LLM-driven tooling into analytics workflows to accelerate insights.

• Design and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality frameworks for BI and analytics.
• Partner with teams to design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes.

Adly is a technology, data, and performance driven portfolio of SaaS subscription and content companies. Our founders have built, acquired, scaled, and sold several SaaS and content businesses, and have added many of those portfolio companies into Adly.

Under Adly’s current umbrella are multiple social media growth SaaS businesses, a technology driven dating platform, a B2B WiFi marketing platform, ad-driven content sites, and several more to come. We utilize a combination of paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), organic search / SEO strategy, funnel optimization / CRO, and product design to scale user acquisition and maximize retention across the portfolio.

About this role:

Adly is looking for a full-time, remote Data Analyst contractor to join our operations team, supporting our analytics & data engineering initiatives.

As a Data Analyst, you will work as a part of cross-functional business and technical teams alongside other data analysts, business leaders, data/BI engineers and other team members to deliver impactful business intelligence and technical data warehouse solutions.

The right candidate has a deep understanding of analytics and excels at extracting insights that drive product enhancements. Your expertise in dissecting subscription-based and product data from diverse sources will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational roadmap and optimizing the effectiveness of our portfolio companies. Beyond your analytical skills, we value your ability to develop reporting solutions from start to finish: including pipeline development and data modeling, dashboarding, and KPI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of data to derive actionable insights. Generate reports on product usage, customer behavior, and other performance metrics to enhance decision-making processes.
• Turn questions into answers quickly, prioritizing speed-to-insight so teams can act while decisions are still fresh, then iterate as you learn.
• Integrate AI and LLM-driven tooling into analytics workflows to accelerate insight generation, automate routine reporting, and surface anomalies or trends.
• Apply foundational machine learning concepts to drive product and operational value, such as developing recommendation engines, churn/propensity models, or customer segmentation.
• Design and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable data for BI and analytics.
• Partner with teams to design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of changes to the product.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and product management
• 3-5+ years of experience in analytical or data engineering roles
• Mastery of SQL and a strong understanding of data relationships / relational databases
• Proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language
• Proven skills in A/B testing, experiment set-up, and analysis
• Expertise using data insights to drive business and operational goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a subscriptions-based company
• Experience with DBT, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Bigquery
• Looker, Preset, Metabase or another Business Intelligence tool expertise
• Practical experience developing and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
