Jobtailor in Buenos Aires is seeking a Patient Engagement Project Coordinator to support the Patient Engagement team in delivering client-driven results and maintaining project milestones. You will prepare projections, reports, and risk assessments, assist in developing and distributing Patient Engagement materials, and manage tracking tools and vendor relationships within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Patient Engagement team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and contracted deliverables.
• Provide accurate projections, reports, updates, and ongoing risk assessments.
• Assist the PE Lead in developing, preparing, approving, and distributing Patient Engagement materials from initial concept through closure.
• Assist PE Leads with initial setup and ongoing management of tracking tools.
• Ensure tracking systems are appropriately updated.
• Collaborate with study teams to ensure Patient Engagement tactics are approved before distribution and used by study staff.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, project teams, and study sites to resolve project issues.
• Assist with development and maintenance of Patient Engagement Plans.
• Coordinate patient recruitment materials regulatory submissions with regulatory leads for national and global studies.
• Manage selected vendor partners within the awarded indirect budget and escalate issues to the PE Lead.
• Provide input for Patient Engagement-related change orders and escalations.

• Support the Patient Engagement team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and contracted deliverables
• Provide accurate projections, reports, updates, and ongoing risk assessments
• Assist the PE Lead in developing, preparing, approving, and distributing Patient Engagement materials from initial concept through closure
• Assist PE Leads with initial setup and ongoing management of tracking tools
• Ensure tracking systems are appropriately updated
• Collaborate with study teams to ensure Patient Engagement tactics are approved before distribution and appropriately used by study staff
• Communicate occasionally with clients, project managers, project teams, and study sites to address and resolve project issues
• Assist with initial development and maintenance of Patient Engagement Plans
• Coordinate patient recruitment materials regulatory, Ethics Committee, and Ministry of Health submissions and approvals with regulatory leads for national and global studies
• Manage selected vendor partners within the awarded indirect budget and elevate issues to the PE Lead
• Provide input for Patient Engagement-related change orders and escalation out-of-scope activities before implementation

Requirements

• C1 Level English or Higher
• BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet
