Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Operations Associate to provide operational and project support across the study lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will maintain study trackers and documentation repositories, coordinate inputs with global clinical and operational teams, and execute standardized activities to reduce administrative burden.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree completed or recently awarded – preference for Life Sciences, PM, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Strong digital fluency, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Demonstrated interest in clinical research, healthcare innovation, and emerging digital capabilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a global, virtual environment
• Evidence of analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and learning agility
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to adopt new tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Advanced level of English. This is mandatory, you'll be working with a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and project support across the study lifecycle to enable timely, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain study trackers, documentation repositories, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating inputs, follow-ups, and information flow across global clinical and operational teams.
• Execute standardized, execution-focused activities that reduce administrative burden and allow senior roles to focus on decision-making.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and insight.
• Assist with monitoring and preparation of inputs related to quality signals, issues, and action tracking, within defined governance and escalation models.
