JPMorganChase’s Drive the Future Program in Buenos Aires offers university students their first professional experience while completing their studies. Participants engage in structured training, gaining technical and interpersonal skills and exposure to the firm’s culture and values.

The program runs up to 18 months, with a 6-month initial period and potential extension, requiring part-time availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Formación

• Advanced university students of Legal with 1–1.5 years remaining until graduation.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work 19 hours per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills.
• Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines.
