JPMorgan Chase in Buenos Aires invites advanced university students to join the Drive the Future Program. This part-time role offers up to 18 months of structured training and meaningful work while you complete your degree.

The engagement starts with training and exposure to how the firm operates, with collaborators across teams and professionals guiding your development. The program requires around 19 hours per week, English proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

• Advanced university students of Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Translation, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or related careers, with approximately one year or slightly more remaining until graduation.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Role Overview

Start building your career while completing your degree. The Drive the Future Program in Argentina offers structured training, meaningful work, and exposure to how JPMorgan Chase operates. Participants collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to initiatives that support teams across the firm. The initial engagement is 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on performance and business needs. This is a part‑time role requiring availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
