JPMorganChase invites motivated university students to join the Drive the Future Program in Buenos Aires. This opportunity provides structured training, hands-on experience, and exposure to a leading financial services firm while you complete your studies.

Participants will work part-time (19 hours per week) for up to 18 months in a dynamic technology environment, gaining practical skills in data analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving within a supportive team.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, IT, Systems or Industrial Engineering with roughly 1–1.5 years to graduation.
• English proficiency at intermediate to advanced level.
• Willingness to work 19 hours per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Team-oriented with leadership potential.
• Proactive, dynamic and capable of performing under pressure.

Drive the Future Program – Argentina

Drive the Future Program is designed to provide university students with their first professional experience while completing their studies.

Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.

During their journey in our program, you will collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In Argentina, DTF opportunities are open to students from all universities in Buenos Aires. If you are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing your degree, this could be the beginning of something great. Take into consideration that participants are hired for an initial 6‑month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires part‑time availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Job Requirements
