Job summary

Assurant, Inc. in Buenos Aires seeks an FP&A Intern to support head of FP&A with short and long term planning, budget control, and financial modeling improvements. You’ll help monitor KPIs, project income statements, and collaborate with Operations, IT and HR to drive process enhancements.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Finance/Accounting or Business degree, with strong English and MS Office skills. Prior forecasting experience is a plus; part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business Admin, Finance, or Accounting with at least 50% coursework completed.
• Prior planning/forecasting experience preferred; finance services or insurance background a plus.
• Advanced English and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Budget control and PO approvals (40%).
• Prepare and monitor KPIs (20%).
• Project income statement, expenses and cash flow (15%).
• Analyze deviations vs budget/previous years.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and other teams.
• Support process improvements and proposals.
• Interact with Reporting and Local Accounting teams.
