FinOps Weekly is seeking a Senior Budget Management Office Analyst in the Greater Buenos Aires area. The role focuses on managing and controlling the IT budget for key initiatives, coordinating with Technology, Finance, and suppliers to optimize resources and ensure policy compliance.

You will create and analyze budget reports, monitor variances, and support planning, forecasting, and closure processes within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Weeks of experience: 3+ years in Budget Management Office, Management Control, Financial Planning, or IT Budgeting.
• Strong IT budget management experience and financial knowledge with budget analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with budgeting tools.
• Experience with Ariba software and control processes.
• Analytical, results-driven and detail-oriented with strong cross-functional communication.
• Degree or advanced studies in Economics, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control the IT budget.
• Develop and analyze budgetary, financial, and management control reports.
• Monitor budget variances and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and suppliers to track expenses and investments.
• Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and budget closure processes.
• Control and reconcile financial information related to technology projects.
• Administer purchase orders, contracts, and associated processes using management tools.
• Generate indicators, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
