AgileEngine in Argentina seeks a part-time Data Engineering and Infrastructure Lead to audit AWS architecture, CI/CD processes, and ETL decisions in an advisory capacity. You will weigh managed tooling vs custom builds, review SageMaker-based MLOps pipelines, and mentor the team on engineering standards.

Evaluating AI-assisted workflows is part of the role. You will work with a fast-moving team across data, infra, and DevOps to set direction, governance, and cost controls while guiding

Formación

• 6+ years AWS hands-on experience (ECS/Fargate, ECR, RDS, S3, SageMaker, IAM).
• Fluency with IaC using Terraform for scalable infra.
• Proven track record auditing CI/CD pipelines and SDLC governance.
• Strong data engineering depth for ETL/ingestion architecture.
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted development workflows.
• Comfortable with part-time advisory capacity and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Audit current AWS architecture across live applications and services.
• Review and improve CI/CD processes and release governance.
• Evaluate Claude Code usage for quality and cost management.
• Advise on ETL/data-ingestion architecture and tooling choices.
• Mentor infrastructure build team on AWS, DevOps, and data practices.
• Provide leadership with high-level risk and readiness findings.
