AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a part-time Data Engineering and Infrastructure Lead to audit AWS architecture, CI/CD, and ETL choices in an advisory capacity. You will mentor the team on standards, review MLOps pipelines, and evaluate AI-assisted development workflows to ensure high-quality engineering outputs.

The role offers flextime with remote work options and a pathway to shape engineering practices across multiple projects for Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on AWS experience including ECS/Fargate, ECR, RDS, S3, SageMaker, VPC/CloudFront.
• Fluency in Infrastructure-as-code, specifically Terraform.
• Proven track record auditing CI/CD pipelines and SDLC governance.
• Strong data engineering depth for ETL/ingestion architecture decisions.
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code) for cost/governance.
• Part-time advisory capacity (50% to 25%), with strong mentoring skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Audit the current AWS architecture across live applications and pipelines.
• Review CI/CD processes and SDLC governance; suggest improvements.
• Evaluate Claude Code usage for engineering-quality and cost governance.
• Provide early technical opinions on ETL/ data-ingestion architectures.
• Mentor infrastructure build team and accelerate day-to-day work.
• Set recommendations and technical direction after audits.
• Report findings and risks to leadership with readiness context.
