DEPT is seeking an Associate, Paid Social to provide essential production support for the account team. You will build and launch paid social campaigns, manage tasks, traffic creative assets, and support testing initiatives while attending internal and client meetings.

You will work with channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat; expect weekly and monthly reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 1+ years of paid social experience (Meta Ads required; TikTok and Snapchat a bonus)
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
• Independent, curious and eager to grow responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data
• Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
• Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clients
• Maintain knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and making recommendations for optimization
