DEPT is a Growth Invention company helping ambitious brands grow faster. We seek an Associate, Paid Social to provide production support for account teams, launching campaigns, trafficking assets, and compiling performance reports.

You will join a collaborative, cross-functional group with a bias for taking action. You will work with Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, communicate clearly, and develop your paid social skills through hands-on testing and optimization efforts across

Formación

• 1+ years of paid social experience (Meta Ads required)
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication
• Independent, curious, and eager to grow responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Implement Paid Social campaigns and track progress
• Collect, analyze, and process large data sets
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide optimization recommendations
• Maintain clear internal and external communications
• Collaborate across teams to meet client needs
• Stay current with Paid Social channels (Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat)
