DEPT® in Buenos Aires is hiring an Associate, Paid Social to help build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will handle data collection, reporting, and ongoing testing while supporting account teams and client meetings.

You will collaborate with colleagues abroad, contribute to strategy, and help translate insights into actionable optimizations. Office presence in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata is expected about once per week.

Formación

• 1+ years of paid social experience, Meta Ads mandatory; TikTok/Snapchat a bonus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, text to columns).
• Fluent in English; able to work with globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans, schedules and reporting data.
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects.
• Craft clear internal and external communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of paid social channels (Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide optimization recommendations.
