DEPT® is a Growth Invention company seeking an Associate, Paid Social in Buenos Aires. You will provide essential production support for your account team, build and launch paid social campaigns, run reports, and assist with testing initiatives.

You’ll attend internal and client meetings and help with follow-ups. You will collaborate with teams abroad, require fluent English, and be open to working from our Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata offices about once a week.

Formación

• 1+ years of paid social experience with Meta Ads; TikTok and Snapchat a bonus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns).
• Independent, curious and eager to grow responsibilities and skill set.
• Fluent English for team communication.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans, creating schedules and tracking progress.
• Collect, analyze, and process large data sets for optimization.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects.
• Craft clear internal and external communications.
• Collaborate across internal channels to meet client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide optimization recommendations.
