Job summary

Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Search Media Analyst to support the setup, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of Paid Search campaigns across major search platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with campaign setup, keyword management, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3+ years in Paid Search/SEM.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, SA360, GA Editor, Microsoft Advertising.
• Knowledge of campaign setup, keywords, bidding, budgets.
• Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other metrics.
• English proficiency at least B2+.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor Paid Search campaigns.
• Manage setup, keywords, match types, ad groups, targeting, bids, and budgets.
• Analyze search terms and manage negative keywords.
• Monitor pacing and performance against KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• QA and troubleshoot campaign setup or performance issues.
• Develop reports and provide actionable insights.
