Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Paid Social Media Analyst to drive performance for global clients. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, analyze metrics, and collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to continuously improve results.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of paid social experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. This role offers exposure to international projects and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paid Social campaign experience.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize social campaigns for global clients.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams.
