Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to join our regional go-to-market team in LATAM. You will collaborate with cybersecurity experts, sales professionals and customer-facing stakeholders to design and deliver OT cybersecurity offerings that meet diverse customer needs.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security, 5+ years in cybersecurity (preferably OT), and advanced English.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within industrial/OT environments.
Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC CIP, and critical infrastructure regulations is a plus.
Advanced level of English.
Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

Support go-to-market teams in executing cybersecurity sales campaigns across LATAM.
Collaborate on multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
Design and develop OT cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Work within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated offerings.
Enable cybersecurity operations teams to meet safety, quality, compliance, and delivery commitments.
Contribute to the regional OT cybersecurity business plan and go-to-market strategy.
