Thales is seeking a Sales Engineer for our Cloud Protection & Licensing portfolio in LATAM. You will act as the trusted technical advisor, owning discovery through proof-of-value engagements, and shaping tailored architectures that address customers’ security and data protection challenges.

This hybrid role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, hands-on experience with WAF/ bot management/ DDoS, and proficiency with cloud and container platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or security.
• Hands-on experience with WAF, Bot Management, or DDoS solutions.
• Strong English (B2+) and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with cloud and container platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Familiarity with HSMs, Web App Security, and relevant certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical sales cycles from discovery to proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate complex security concepts into business-focused narratives.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, IT, and executives across customers.
• Design tailored solutions addressing security and compliance challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, and Customer Success to ensure delivery and great customer experience.
• Stay ahead of trends to keep Thales’s solutions at the cutting edge.
